Google Bad Review 1: dreadful, the builders were fantastic, the roofers terrible. Our loft was signed over on march 2014 and after numerous leaks they replaced it with a new one. I'm already on my 3rd leak. The roof holds about an inch of water for about 3/4 days after rain. The roofer came this morning to fix the latest leak and i asked him why he did'nt put a fall or gradient on when he put the second roof on he said he was'nt a carpenter. The roof is the main part of having a loft, if this keeps leaking it defeats the object.

Google Bad Review (2): Super unreliable company – total time wasters! They came over to give me a quote, took some measurements and then never got back to me despite chasing them several time. Always said I'll have it soon. The following year I tried again, they always said they'll call me back to book an appointment but never did. In the end I got them to make one and the day before the appointment they cancelled and said they are too busy to come over.
