Google Bad Review 1:  If I could rate this hotel as a 0 I would. Arrived at 8:30 in the evening a d couldn't find the car park so decided to pop to the hotel and ask. You cannot access the building you have to call a number. The first number didn't work and when calling the second number a man answered. To say he was completely useless is a understatement. He wasnt even in the building to help me but told me if I went round the back of the building I should see a alley and the parking was near there. After walking around for a bit and not being used to London especially when it's dark, and had no idea where I was going i asked if someone else could come and assist me in locating the parking as I have a disabled husband and child with me. His reply was there is a lady in the building but she is unable to help. He just kept telling me it was there. From looking at the state of the hotel through the window and his poor customer service i told him to cancel my booking and I would find somewhere else. Don't be fooled by the room pictures. On a side note for the hotel when a hotel claims they have parking it should be easy to find and be part of the hotel. BOOK HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK

Google Bad Review (2):  (Translated by Google) If the carpet were vacuumed, the water would drain off in the shower, the mattress would have been spotless, the fire alarm at 2:30 pm of 6 nights would not have gone 2 times, the toilet seat, the tv and the heater would have worked if we had the noise Music of the club had not heard and even felt, then I would rate it better. The lack of reception and sweeping entrance and the unusual staircase were not so bad for me.

Wenn der Teppich gesaugt wäre, das Wasser in der Dusche abfließen würde, die Matratze ohne Flecken gegeben hätte, der Feueralarm um 0230 Uhr von 6 Übernachtungen nicht 2 mal gegangen wäre, die Klobrille, das Fernseher und die Heizung funktioniert hätten, wenn wir die laute Musik des Klubs nicht gehört und gar gespürt hätten, dann würde ich es besser bewerten. Die fehlende Rezeption und ausladender Eingang und das ungewischte Treppenhaus waren für mich nicht so schlimm.

Quartos frios, cheios de po, gordura em todos os lados, cozinha completamente suja,casa de banho a dar choque, apartamento todo destruido,camas que parecem vindas do lixo,interior a cair aos bocados,louça completamente suja que parece nao lavada,instalaçoes de router, fios etc mal instalado ,comida nos armarios ,frigorifico a estragar,roupa de cama cheia de nodoas que mais parece que nao foi lavada a 1 mes, e so nao digo mais porque se nao nao saio daqui, nao recomendo a ninguem, mais parece casa para pessoas que moram na rua.

Google Bad Review (2):  Had a terrible night there. The wifi there isnt even fast, its just 0.38 mbs there. Take a look at the balcony, its full of rubish and seems soneone from the oppsite room could came in easily, so its very scary and noises from upstairs are very loud for no reasons at night. The corridor between the bathroom and the sleep room is full of screws in-which you cant walk woth bare foots. The door at the shower is broken so you cant close properly.
