Google Bad Review 1:  RECOMMEND GOING TO RAFFLES INSTEAD IF YOU WANT HASSLE FREE LIVING AND AN AWESOME STUDENT LIFESTYLE FOR FIRST YEAR! Staff can be unwilling to help and are dismissive, lots of problems in terms of things being broken upon arrival and not being clean, cannot see out of my window as it is caked in muck. One resident was told to clean her own window. Also sneaky about prices i.e have put costs up after already agreeing to lower prices in the contract. Have falsely advertised on the website things that don't exist. Emails sent are constantly negative (raffles organise student events and send positive emails like ‘enjoy your holidays'). There is no manual for the cooker and the markings have rubbed off which actually resulted in me burning myself and having to go to A & E and have still not been given a cooking manual even though I went down to reception and showed the burns. Was not even offered consolation.

Google Bad Review (2):  Although I have already paid the deposit and sign the contract, after a month Host Wembley sent me a massage that they had to cancel the booking due to the refrubishment of the building. Because of such a late response, there is no more chances to get a private student accomodation in affordable price.
I would never recomend anyone to rely on this organisation. If I could, I would give 0 stars.

Google Bad Review (2):  Posting some pics of Villa Katerina. The villa looks great on website having visited before. Mr wife and I took my sister in law after having said it was a great place to stay. Has gone down terribly. Ants in drawers and cupboards, the owner came and put some stuff down a hole outside the villa but every day we were inundated with the things. The rep came we discussed this also and the fact that they were building onto the football academy al next door. 7am every morning noise and dust and to top that dogs from a nearby farm barking through the night. We were out every day and my sister in law made the mistake of leaving the air con on in her bedroom. It states on your invoice that this is chargeable, the owner charged us for the 3 of us for the whole week, we told him we'd broken a wine glass for which he then added on a further 5 pounds. Come on you can get 6 of them in Asda back home for that price, it wasn't crystal for goodness sake!!! He sat there quite the thing demanding the money there and then, which came to approx 130 euros, luckily we did have the cash but he was very bullying. The DVD player did not work, TV a bit iffy, the furniture is dated and uncomfortable, beds smelt foisty and stale, could do with new bedding. No bikes for guests, these are advertised on web page. The recyling boxes outside were always covered in ants. YUK.The blinds which were faulty had electricians tape to keep cords fastened and were covered in dead moths and flies. Well on last day my wife dropped an earring and on going under the bed to retrieve it the dust and muck was disgusting, and when pulling the blind up in spare bedroom was the words CLEAN ME written in the dirt, obviously from a previous guest. Large cracks are appearing to the outside of the villa, weeds on the driveway!!!The only good thing was the swimming pool., On our return home contacted Irene, who to make it short said this all could have been sorted in Cyprus with rep. How is beyond me, so no joy from owner, rep or Sundance Villas, will not be using again or recommending them Just a few pics attached to show the state of the place.

Google Bad Review 1:  We booked an apartment for a 3-month stay starting September 2014. We had a budget dependent on our university and asked for a suitably-priced apartment. In order to guarantee availability during those 3 months, we were asked to pay for the whole stay. We issued a bank transfer and the money was received as expected. Less than one month before actually going there, we were emailed (no phone call, why bother?) saying that the apartment that we had booked 2 months before was unavailable, but that we had other (more expensive) options. I immediately emailed them complaining about the treatment we received, but I got no reply. I emailed again to ask for a full refund, which they accepted, but issued the bank transfer in POUNDS and not in EUROS as we had paid for it. We ended up losing money (roughly 500 euros) in the transaction. I expected a different kind of treatment and service for a company advertising high-quality apartments (I don't doubt they are), because high quality goods should be delivered accordingly. Extremely disappointed.

Google Bad Review 1:  Stay away from this agency. They falsely advertised how many people were actually living in the property – there were 3 more people than advertised. The room had not been cleaned before I arrived as stated in the contract and it was filthy. It took two weeks to fix a broken radiator in the middle of winter. Water was pouring from the shower through a light which took days to be fixed which was extremely dangerous. They are virtually impossible to contact as they never reply to emails or calls.

Google Bad Review (2):  I've lived in London for many years now and this is so far the worst agency I encountered.
First of all, they do not give you any notice before coming into the flat. One day when after the shower I opened the bathroom door and saw 2 strange men standing in the corridor (they were potential tenants).
After asking them to give us notice I went to the Camden Council who after looking at the apartment created a long list of things that are not right and illegal in the apartment.
They did not want to extend my contract and after sending an email asking why they did not answer.
Few days before I moved out I got a call from LR asking why am I moving out and if I want to extend my contract…
If you want to rent a room from them do yourself a favour and just find somewhere else. Less stress.
