Google Bad Review 1:  I didn't like this centre.we can't find anybody for help. I asked reception can you help me? The reception said we can't and l need write email to centre. and l wrote email two different email address and nobody return me not yet.l don't understand anything.we can't call manager or centre because no answer ,we can't find any help in centre as well or nobody return answer my email so who will help us?

Google Bad Review (2):  The gym itself is quite decent and I would have given it a good rating.

My main gripe comes from the fact that today I have been told that the reception does not sell day passes anymore.

Sue A tells me that it needs to be done through the website with a credit or debit card.

I’ve been to this gym 4 times before today within this month, the last time being day before yesterday. All times it took 1 minute for the rep to accept cash, give me a receipt and let me in the gym.

Apparently the rules have changed.

I am a visitor here and paying through the nose for a gym closeby just for the convenience, but I will not be returning. There are other more affordable options in Eltham.

£8.5 just for a gym day pass whereas so many places have £20-30 monthly no contract passes. Horrible!

Google Bad Review 1:  I have tried calling the centre for 3 consecutive days now! No one ever answers the phone! So in order to resolve any issues you have to physically go into the centre. Very poor customer service and experience!

My children have been attending swim school for nearly a year and there are only 2 showers (in the hallway) which have hot water. All other showers including those in the female changing rooms do not have hot water! I have mentioned this almost weekly to the reception staff, but they do not seem to be overly concerned and I am not even sure that they have passed this compaint onto the relevant department.

I would avoid this centre if you have any other options within reasonable distance.

Google Bad Review (2):  Not a great start. I took my 16 mon toddler to spend 30 min for him to get used to pool and play around in water. Went all the way but too much hassle inside, too crowded. The timing are not clear on website nor the lady didn't explain on phone clearly earlier on. We are at 11 am but they offered 2pm onwards. So nothing happened. I asked do you provide inflatable jackets or tubes or ring for little one to float. They said they don't provide nor sell them . At the end you pay parking ticket and come home disappointed, such a waste
