Google Bad Review: I've used Prime Link twice and would not be able to recommend them. You'd be better off taking the time to do it yourself. We have lost out greatly through their negligence and inability to record obvious defects. The first time I think the manager came to carry out the check-in and I was happy with the service. They carried out the check out on the same property so had a full inventory to work with. The clerk who I believe has little/no experience turned up 40 minutes late, no apology received. She took photos throughout but her write up did not document ANY of the damage that was clearly evident in the photos. I had a quick whizz through and told them what to include, so I basically did the thinking. 2.5 months later we are ready to rent the property and as we are so busy we had to trust their report. I have since noticed the tenants had changed an internal door which no longer works, further significant damage to walls not documented, missing items, damaged and dirty blinds, broken light fittings not documented. Basically the work they did was not worth the paper it was written on. When I challenged them about the omissions the response was “sorry you should have checked it thoroughly at the time we carried out the survey”. If it was their job and they want me to go through it, what is the purpose of their job? Seriously a waste of money and potentially a loss if damage is missed! Sorry Primelink you really let me down and I can only be honest…
