Google Bad Review: I’ve been coming here for the past few years seeing Raye, who has always done the job well. Raye has now retired.
I recently got my car serviced a few days ago. The cars wheel wrench has been misplaced some where which the mechanic seems to adamant he did not use. However, the tow bar and wrench were in their usual place before the service was conducted.
Nor did the mechanic display any empathy to try and locate the item or offer something as a gesture of good wheel for the inconvenience.
It’s a shame to receive this level of service, especially when you have been coming here for a while.
