Promised to remove us.gave a quote.
Three people came.one woman to pack .they were supposed to move my heave y furniture and soft sofa 2 seater bed.etc
After being here About 2 hours they said they to leave for another job.
All heavy furniture was just left told me they were coming in two days time.I was then charged for another £325.after the deposit of £110.and 486pds. They took it all on my card.
I was disgusted. Phoned and cancelled the other booking and demanded my money for the deposit. I also wanted 50% of the first appointment as they never did half the work
Do not use them.
Asking for refunds resulted in an argument.£325. Was promised in 14 days time.they have my card details took the money instantly. Why must I wait???.

Google Bad Review (2): Great, pleasant, hardworking removal guys, too small team, and van, therefore I called to complain/discuss this. Woman on phone accused me of screaming which I was not, she was rude, dismissive, and obnoxious. Hung the phone up on me. Bad for business.
