Google Bad Review 1:  VERY Uncomfortable and unhygienic!

I was going to go to another place but picked this one instead. BAD CHOICE on my part.

Towels, sheets and pillows all looked dirty. The towel on the face hole was damp from previous customer….

Massage tables in not so private cubicles with flimsy curtains that flap about allowing other patrons and staff to see in.

Not until getting dressed did I notice a CCTV camera, YES a camera,that I felt could capture everything from customers undressing, the massage in progress and then getting dressed again. Felt really uncomfortable.

I will be trying somewhere else next time.

Google Bad Review (2):  Tried for almost 2 weeks to get through for an appointment, phone rang out and no option to leave a message. I then messaged this salon on FB, was told to ring between 9.30-8.30

I was not able to callback until the following week ( being busy at work ) tried again just rang out!
messaged this lady again via FB was asked if I'm sure that I called, because some was available to answer!

Eventually with frustration I tried again nearly a week later ( shock someone answered ) the lady sounded unenthusiastic and cold.

Tried to make an appointment but was told to take down this ladies mobile number to send her the security code (why?) surly she could of taken it down as I was on the phone. I was then told this is how she conducts her appointments.

I would rather to loose my money ( this was a birthday pressie to my daughter ) than to visit this establishment, when they cannot even get to first base in conducting appointment booking.

YES IT IS ONLY £19.00…….I DON'T MIND LOOSING.

THIS WOMAN LEFT A MESSAGE IN MY MESSENGER ON FB, Very professional NOT
