Google Bad Review (2): I very very rarely write negative reviews however I was so utterly shocked with the treatment from this company I feel it is my duty to inform and warn people considering working with ‘London Print Shop Ltd'.
From the outset this company was extremely unorganised and filled us with false information regarding our order. We were then greeted with a similar response to that of ‘Dylan' below, despite whether the customer is right on wrong in terms of business the customer is ALWAYS right and the way you responded is simply outrageous! by biting back in this manner you have completely isolated any sound minded potential customers reading these reviews, I wish I had read this before I decided to waste any time pursuing your services.
My dad uses the saying ‘Pay peanuts and you get monekys' and in this case I'm afraid to say this statement couldn't be more relevant.
To the the extremely rude women I spoke to called Anna, I plead to review your approach to customer service.

Jelena and myself are not ‘related' as you claim. Jelena is a member of my staff. Yes we wrote a separate review of your company, expressing our own experience of the same situation of which we are completely justified to do.
As I said in my email it had nothing to do with the payment up front, this is an issue I stated should have been brought up before you lied and said you were already working on our business cards. It was the terrible organisation, bad service and appalling attitude to my member of staff that upset me the most.
Just think all that research in to false claims and writing long defensive responses to customers you have lost could have been time spent much more wisely, I suggest perhaps getting back to customers regarding orders, mocking up business cards or even just reviewing your terrible attitude would be a better use of your time.
