Google Bad Review: Despite the friendly staff, their back office processes and admin team are beyond a joke… they are chaotic, disorganised and do not communicate. Despite moving out a month ago, we're still awaiting a refund on over paid rent. That, and despite having moved out, we still received a call about renewing our tenancy. I would not recommend to anyone who wants a smooth process or back office team who know what they are doing. Tenant or Landlord – avoid unless you have spare time to chase people and want an admin nightmare.
