Google Bad Review 1: I never received the tattoo I booked for and they took my £100 deposit. The artist Leanne messaged me only through Instagram to see if I was attending my appointment, but she herself got her the time wrong. When I turned up- yes a few minutes late- the studio was locked up. No one called me to see if I was on my way.
When attempting to contact Leanne (through her Instagram account) she did not respond once. The lack of communication was appalling. Not even an acknowledgment to discuss the situation that occurred. I had to call the studio a few times and only after I managed to speak to the Manager who was not apologetic at all for the lack of communication, did she send me an email. I only wanted to discuss the situation and the lack of communication from her tattoo artist so she can make sure that her clients in the future were looked after better than I was. However, she didn’t have the time to listen. She only persisted to say I was late, when Leanne originally made a mistake with the time.
I rarely complain about customer service, however, this customer service was beyond disappointing. I am a mother of two young kids and I had to find time to make these calls and write emails. I am happy I didn’t get my tattoo from this studio, I deserve to get one from a studio that respects their clientele enough to call them back. Her final comment to me was that she could not wait to respond to my negative reviews on google. That says it all!! ☹
