Google Bad Review: Unfortunately their treatment does not work.
Had them in to treat the house twice in a month and only got a reduction in number of the bugs, it is not worth calling them due to the products they use, both the steaming technique and distomaceus earth they use only reduce the quantity of bedbugs in the house, I sought their help again for a third time as the problem was not solved and I received a rude visit by one the heads of the team who thought our neighbours might be infested, they obviously weren't as confirmed when they did their ‘professional' check.
I have had to call in additional exterminators that managed to actually clear the problem by using different products which may be less natural but actually work.
