Google Bad Review 1: If i could i wouldnt leave any stars
The guy took 40 quid deposit from the mrs for a tattoo which is completely normal. 2 weeks went by and no phone call from him.
I went in to see what the problem was and apparantly the guy on the desk took the wrong number. Ok. I asked for the deposit back as the mrs wasn't impressed with the service, the guy went on to say the 40 quid was for the design at which point i asked to see it and surprise surprise he hadn't done it and wouldnt show me. When i asked for the deposit back i was told it was non refundable another lie as there were no signs to back this up anywhere at the main desk. I was then told by him to take him to court to get it back or call police.
This guy told a ton of lies to me and the mrs and has now left her 40 quid out of pocket and not even provided a design or anything to justify a deposit in the first place.
Guys and companies like this should not be allowed to trade. Robbing trusting people of hard earned money.
