Google Reviewer 1, Name (Bad Review): Arabella Checkland
Google Bad Review 1: This place is crazy expensive! We got a quote to do some work on a balcony and flat roof it came to just under £3500, we got the work done by someone else for less than £1000 far quicker than they could have done it and with an amazing result. On top of that the man who came to quote was decidedly uninterested in the job.
Google Reviewer 2, Name (Bad Review): Remo Fritschi
Google Bad Review (2): This company has somehow lost the plot. We needed our balcony re-sealed as it was leaking. When the job was finished our balcony was now painted bright white (it was grey)! I was told that this is what was written in the proposal (why paint something white when it was grey to start with), but they would be willing to repaint it for an extra. As the extra was outrageous (given i already paid for this job to be done) i asked for a discount, which was granted. What i missed was that the discount was granted on the condition of me providing the paint!!!
Do not use this firm!
