Google Bad Review (2):  I called the guy and asked for the quote. Unfortunately I didn't decide to proceed immediately as I needed more time. This maybe got him offended or something.
When I called again he said that he will come and help soon. I called another day and he apologized and said that he will definitely come the other day. It happened once or twice again. That was definitely a joke as he never come in the end and I don't think he planned to come.
