Google Bad Review 1: I’ve been donating quality (many new, and designer) items to this shop for the past 6 years until recently.
I have had to stop due to the rude and unprofessional women who run the shop on a Saturday.
I have also discovered to my horror that although they appeal for clothes and shoes etc- claiming their shop is desperately in need of more items, they actually stash most of the donations at the back, and have their people come with a van , take everything (the good stuff) away, and sell privately! NONE of the proceeds go to the charity!! This would also explain why I’d never seen my stuff on the shop floor, or in the window.
It’s been reported to the officials, but people need to be warned.
