Google Bad Review 1: Highly disappointed in Rita today and what she has done to my daughter’s hair and the customer service she gave to my daughter. Rita was thirty minutes late for the appointment and upon arrival, proceeded to eat whilst chatting and selling shirts for her upcoming party, all the while my daughter was kept waiting. 45 minutes after the initial appointment time Rita decided that another woman perform the relaxer and dye on my child’s hair. When it came to cutting and styling there was not much that was done except for a few curls in the back of her hair, two cuts with the scissors and some spray. Rita has done a better job on her hair before so not sure what got into her today. She rushed my child’s hair in order to move on to her next customer and £80 for a relax and colour is absolutely savage especially given the poor customer service and lack of attention to detail on the hair. My child works hard for her money and doesn’t earn much as she is a student so to pay £80 and receive a treatment like that is absolutely gut wrenching. Nonetheless, I will never visit this place and my daughter sure as hell will not be returning. Rita, I hope this review finds you well and the party that you were so busy planning that you didn’t put any care into my daughter’s hair turns out well.

Google Bad Review (2): When I first got my hair done by Rita, it was great, however, not sure what happened to Rita today but the customer service was awful and she didn’t do her best with my hair. The usual lateness wasn’t much of a surprise either. However, I was gobsmacked by the eating and selling tshirts when she was already late to begin with. Very unprofessional, very rushed. Rita did not care today and it showed. I won’t be returning.
