Google Bad Review 1: Unfortunately I've not met the new manager everyone says is lovely, because the others are so rude it's tragic. There used to be very lovely elderly ladies that worked there – and no matter how good the stock can be it's not worth putting up with the attitude of the new bunch . My mum came in with a bag of clothes and a young woman (white, brunette) asked her a question – very quietly. So my mum said sorry I couldn't hear you and she said repeated it, overly loud and pulled a face at my mum trying to make her feel stupid . She took her clothes to Su Ryder, lovely staff. Much nicer . To be honest the girl was incredibly rude and disrespectful – what If my mum did have hearing problems? She should be dismissed for being so rude to customers – especially in a shop for donating to mental health charity! She clearly has no regard for others

Google Bad Review (2): I was totally disgusted by the key holder for the shop today ,turned up about 9.15am as it states on website opens 9.30am as I was parked outside saw a blonde lady opening the door she went inside a few moments later came out ,I asked if I can leave my 2 bags inside the shop as I was giving them 2 bags of brand new goods,she said she was in a rush and had no volunteers, so she said do it quickly,I went to the back of the shop to put the bags down and thought were has she gone next minute locking me in the shop I ran to the door and said I'm still in here,she turned round and said I was in the post office,well if you are in charge of a shop least check before locking up again,totally rude have gave plenty to this shop but never again
