Google Bad Review 1: Do NOT use. The one star is for the excellent floor and the workmanship so cannot fault that. However the management and owners of this business are among the most unprofessional I have met and had to work with.
Unfortunately they do not keep customers up to date on scheduling so they disappear off site – this happened to me twice, they left work half done. They add additional costs without agreement and then bully you into paying without providing any receipts as proof. I spent hours trying to reach the management to confirm dates when the workmen might come back to finish the work, they never return calls or emails unless it is to harrass for payment. I would never recommend this company – avoid at all costs.

Google Bad Review (2): Came twice to this shop already to look at the flooring. On the first occasion it was closed despite the fact that we arrived during official opening hours. Second time the shop was full of carpets and underlay to the point where we couldn't even walk in. I was told “sorry we are busy and we can't tell you when will we finish”.
The whole thing is a joke. Won't return.
