Google Bad Review: Getting harder and harder to find quality customer service with the NHS in Peckham, the customer service all round is just always so poor but of course you don't get this poor customer service in areas where the average income is a bit higher. My issue is that NHS employees and services in areas like Peckham don't take the healthcare of this demographic seriously at all. How can the dentist tell me to go home with a thrice times infected wisdom tooth with no advice or medication? I can't even get prescription for blimmin Corsodyl? I'll tell you why, because they were either short staffed or overbooked and thus don't have the time to offer patients adequate healthcare and it's very dangerous, it's taking the liberties out of people's quality of life and health. I was referred to King's College a few years earlier at the beginning stages of these issues with my tooth and was told that it is nothing to worry about unless food keeps getting caught in it, or it continuously becomes infected; this is third time complaining about this to them and everytime I get a different excuse as to why they won't investigate. To send me away for something that is clearly serious as suggested by the dentists at King's is irresponsible on so many levels. She could've had me come back another day or referred me on the spot but to tell patients nothing is wrong with them because you don't have the time or resources to investigate is negligent and something I'm increasingly experiencing across various NHS services in Peckham.
