Google Bad Review 1: UTTERLY INCOMPETENT – A wannabe DIY amateur. A simple task of putting the U bend back after clearing the pipes from under the sink took 2 hours and involved additional parts being used as the ‘jigsaw’ wouldn’t go back together. I paid (the slightly rounded down time) of £60 an hour just to get him out of the house. I’ve been left with two new leaks and parts to buy.
