Google Bad Review:  Worst experience in a long time. Had the displeasure of having to hear ,then raise the alarm , as a man was beating up his female partner. Even after I raised alarm it went on for hours as staff were incapable of dealing with it.
We didn't get moved to another room, we didn't get a real apology for the inadequate staff reaction, and still we haven't heard if charges were pressed .
Both my partner and I were left shaken after this , and premier Inn acted as if it had nothing to do with them
