Google Bad Review:  The hotel seems nice, their common are is well taken care of, seemingly clean, but the rooms.. we stayed on the 7th floor and the room smelled weird, the bathroom especially shower was there was dust all over the headrest of the bed. They wouldnt cancel the booking, the service/concierge is very poor, rude. We were over an hour on the phone to cancel the booking, they promised to cancel but never did so… Here are some pictures of the dust and mold in the shower and stains on the wall… for the price they are asking they could make a better maintenance. Would never come back to this hotel.

Google Bad Review:  The hotel seems nice, their common are is well taken care of, seemingly clean, but the rooms.. we stayed on the 7th floor and the room smelled weird, the bathroom especially shower was there was dust all over the headrest of the bed. They wouldnt cancel the booking, the service/concierge is very poor, rude. We were over an hour on the phone to cancel the booking, they promised to cancel but never did so… Here are some pictures of the dust and mold in the shower and stains on the wall… for the price they are asking they could make a better maintenance. Would never come back to this hotel.

Google Bad Review (2):  Don’t expect any empathy from this hotel we were booked to see Gary Barlow and my wife has suspected COVID we were unable to get a test til the morning of the concert so obviously would be unable to attend I contacted the hotel and explained the situation to them and they wouldn’t let us change the booking to use at a later date so not only did we lose money on the concert but also the room last time I book with them
