Google Bad Review (2):  We had an absolutely terrible packing/moving experience with this company on 6th December. The packers turned up late on both days which resulted in us having to pack a lot of our own belongings and disassemble furniture/take paintings off walls (which we had already paid for). The packers/movers were totally unprofessional (one of them just played with his phone the whole time) and out of three only one of them was wearing uniform. It transpires the other two were drafted in to help last minute and had clearly never packed before so who knows where they found them. The packing they did do was extremely sloppy, literally crunching up clothes and stuffing them in boxes. They also left a lot behind so double check if you do use them. We ended up vacating 2 hours late which resulted in us having to move into our new house in pitch black. Again, we had to help them assemble our furniture as they were just so slow. The list goes on. Sincerely regret booking this company, moving house is a stressful experience at the best of times and they made it a million times worse.
In response to the comment below, this was booked under my husband's name. We've already been in touch with your company a few times to complain and have been passed from one unhelpful person to another.
