Google Bad Review 1:  The hinge on my andralock earrings came loose and the earring fell out after only being in for one week. Poor quality.

After calling customer service, they will only email out a return postage slip and as I don't have a printer, apparently there is nothing they can do (for example, they can't post out the same piece of paper) and no alternative other than to now inconvenience myself to go into my nearest town to use a printer to return the earring to get a refund! Poor customer service and poor product. Very disappointing.
