Google Bad Review 1: Went off the online review and thought would give this place a try. The lady was so rough with the cuticles, she made it bleed! It hurt so bad as she continued on but she didn't try to stop the bleeding or be gentle around the wound. To make it worse the nail polish had gaps on the sides and started chipping on the second day. It was the expensive option that was ‘suppose' to lasts longer…

Google Bad Review (2): I was just going in for a simple fringe trim and am so unhappy. First of all I didn’t understand why the nail technician was cutting my hair? I phoned in the morning and was told to just show up and a hairdresser would be free). I sat down and stated what I wanted – she didn’t even divide up my hair just clipped random bits up – it was only when I mentioned it that she did. End result is my fringe is really uneven and very short in the middle. I was told she could blow it down for me?! My hair is straight as it is. Honestly the whole experience is just appalling. I then went back for a refund which I was granted and offered to have my fringe cut straightened which would have only made it even shorter so I declined. I most certainly won’t be going back.
