Google Bad Review: This has got to be one of thee worst dining experiences I have ever had, (if that's what I can all it as there was no dining experience) this was due to the ignorance of staff members refusing us entry and service illegally under the breach of equality act 2010 because one of our family members has a guide dog.
We felt belittled and degraded as there was other diners watching, we felt judged beyond belief.
The Equality Act provides for people with disabilities to have the same right to services supplied by banks, shops, hotels, restaurants, pubs, taxis… So on..
The staffs attitude was negative quickly to dismiss rigid careless and above all ignorant to disabilities and very inconciderate.
This kind of discrimination has a devastating impact on people's lives, their confidence and their sense of belonging to society.
You would've got no stars from me but I needed to give at least a 1 star rating for this to be posted.
