Google Bad Review (2): This is for Bermondsey Dominoes, I ordered a delivery and the delivery guy refused to bring it to my door. I had ordered previously and delivery has been straight to my door two weeks previously. I phoned and asked to speak to the manager as i wanted verification as to why i had to come all the way downstairs and out to the front gate of the estate. The manager put the phone down on me as i said that there had been no problems deliverying before what/why was there a change. She refused to give me an answer and put the phone down. Im usually a quiet person but as i had a stroke I do get upset a lot more, i thought she was not trying to resolve the issue.
I have stated that i will never order from Bermondsey Dominoes again. The so called manager needs to go on a Customer Service training course.
As a manager she should have tried to resolve the complaint and apologise and explain that their procedure had changed. If she had done that there would have been no problem (what could i say). She was very nonchalant and dismissive and this got me riled up even more.
The manager on friday 12 March 2021 should not be a manager. Go on a Customer Service Course.
Customer Service is abismal, totally non existant.
If i could give a ZERO I would. Disgusting Sevice.
I want my money back. I have been getting delivery from Bermondsey Dominoes since it opened and this is the first time that i have had to complain about management.
I will be taking this further… I've got time…
