Google Bad Review (2): We stayed in double room, room 316 this weekend for 3 nights.I booked this over the phone, asked for quiet room, as we came here for our wedding anniversary.We had such a bad experience overall. Very noisy, air conditioning outside , very noisy hooligans next to our room. Screaming from 7am and then every nights, last night they just went on party till 3am,with England playing,running in hallway knocking on doors. Although bed was comfortable,room was clean, we just had horrible nights in. As per restaurant. First day we were told on breakfast,to wait 20 min till we can be seated,restaurant was nearly empty,as we didn’t book table for breakfast. We booked second morning, was sat at table then left waiting,after waiting for more than 15 min for someone to take order, we just left.Just shocking service. Was told same about dinner by other guest. Long waits to order or even get your dinner. We just headed outside, as much we could, the service in the restaurant is shocking. When we asked for the hotel manager,she was not available, off on Saturday Sunday and Monday. I would thought there has to be manager on duty. We talk to the restaurant who I think was duty manager ( long hair gentleman),who was nice, but obviously didn’t think there was something wrong.
Advice:Just head out for food to Ivy, better service and amazing food. You will have to pay for carpark in this hotel ( cheaper rate online) and congestion charge £15/day, not for the days when your car is parked.
