Google Bad Review 1: Incorrectly diagnosed me, and shared private information to staff without my permission. Cracked my neck and back and have caused long term damage. I asked for help and laid a formal complaint and it’s been 4-5 months and I cannot get to the bottom of it. They are not compassionate and have caused me so much stress in my day to day life.
The doctors and reception staff cannot be trusted – you must get everything they say in writing even if you are using there free services as they are not good at keeping patient records. I referred my friend there too and she landed up in a leg brace for three months and had to pay a lot of money for professional. Please be careful.
