Paid cash to fix my scooter with minor concerns then picked up scooter with even great safety issues never experienced prior to repairs.

Waited several weeks to get part alleged to be faulty then had it fitted yet scooter still not fit for purpose.

Took scooter back to shop after several weeks of malfunction in November 2020 to have safety concerns investigated and fixed; after a couple of visits I was told it works fine eventhough it was obvious the problem persisted.

No interest in trying to fix my scooter, instead i was being persuaded to buy something new from the shop for cash in exchdnge for a gesture to sell mine and claim a percentage of the proceed.

No response to several calls and text messages to get update on repair or sale of my scooter after 4.5 months in the shop and finally I picked up my scooter in the middle of March 2021 with all wires to tootle exposed and scooter still unfit for purpose.

I was asked again “what shall we do”?, with more persuasion to purchase something new from the shop.

I left the shop with my scooter in a very bad state and unfit for purpose.

Dreadful experience overall and the worst customer service ever experienced.

Google Bad Review (2):  Very disappointed. Instead of just saying we can't fix it, the mechanics did a total bodge job. Gave me back the scooter in worse condition that I gave it to them. Then even had the cheek to try to charge me more than the initial quote upon collection. Paid almost £200.
