You are a grown man and your response was phone a friend?
I just have to laugh at your immaturity surprisingly a slot of car hire companies have a lot to say about yourself and your ill manners!
Never the less i personally have written this reviews for the future brides and grooms so vendors like your self who have lack of education, manners, and disgusting behaviour do not ruin their special day!

Google Bad Review (2): Great car and driver. Dreadful communication. They hadn’t told the driver about the last pick up so 7 girls got stranded and unable to attend their prom on time. Ruined the whole evening ! Don’t read emails or answer phone. Shouldn’t be allowed to trade.
Ok. I’ve just read your reply to my comments above. Firstly, email is how we had been communicating, on the email I communicated the 3 pick ups and asked how I was to pay you. If there was a problem you should have said so instead of ignoring my request.
Secondly , my issue is with the organisers not the driver , you let him down.
