Google Bad Review 1: Disgusting and aggressive practice. I visited for an initial session but on arrival there was a power cut. They could not take any payments or use any machines and the entire place was a mess and pitch black. Alarm bells were ringing and I wish I had walked away there and then. My initial consultancy was a real mess and the person who tried to perform a cracking of my back could not get it to work. They proceeded to literally jump on top of me and now I have excruciating pain and struggle to run. I tried to book another appointment no idea why to try and get my new back pains addressed and I requested an email confirmation. I had no confirmation so I did not think the appointment was confirmed. I then received and aggressive phone call calling me a liar and accusing me of not turning up because I had not made my payment from last time which was not my fault. This shoddy and frankly dangerous practice have now sent a court proceeding with a pack of lies in the description over £45 which they could have at any time. I am disgusted with how I have been treated by a so called professional business who handle people's well being and health. I would strongly suggest anyone thinking of using this practice avoids them at all costs. You will regret it.

Google Bad Review (2): I was expecting a real treatment
just like the ones I follow on YouTube made by Dr. Rahim Gonstead or Mondragon chiropractors I
had a pleasant discussion with Dr. CARL and I appreciate that he agreed to speak in Italian with him, I managed to explain to him what the problems are. I have the impression that he knows how to practice only a maneuver to manipulate the spine The same that was applied to each visit to the clinic I went to the clinic 3 times paying the first visit(30 minutes) 45£ and the next two visits £ 31 each, which seems like too much to have a 10 minute discussion and the famous maneuver lying on one side with one leg bent and he applying pressure on the leg bent
What I was able to understand
it was able to fix the problem a little bit
I was having a very tense muscle and applying pressure with his finger on the right point relaxed the muscle
I'm sorry for the negative review
But that was my experience at the clinic
I respond here to the comment written by the owner
I have no doubt that he did what he could to help me
I mentioned the two chiropractors I follow on YouTube and Facebook I don't know what old technique APPLY Dr. RAHIM SALEHMOHAMED or MONDRAGON
I also follow GARIELLE BENEDETTI
it seems fair to me to offer a service no matter what the price For the client to go happy and satisfy
For my health I would also pay £ 100 for 10 minutes of therapy
If I wanted to speak with someone about my bank pain definitely I was able to speak with a stranger on the street without paying money This is the feeling that I have
I WANT TO MENTION I ASKED TO have a SCAN at
THE BACK FROM THE FIRST “VISIT” (EMAIL) on-line assessment
SECOND VISIT I MENTIONED SCANNING THE BACK FOR A MORE ACCURATE DIAGNOSIS
THE ANSWER WAS: “I DON'T HAVE TIME TODAY” and I do not recommend the scan
And 3rd time when I mentioned about the scan
I received don't have time will do the scan next time…. the 4rd time
I apologise for the negative review maybe it's wrong
just my personal opinion
But I have this feeling he wanted a weekly client
Let's say that you have right
Me don't know nothing about chiropractors

I have with him 4 sessions
I found in Canterbury another chiropractor it was very surprised about my story
And we done the x-rays what you supposed do done from the beginning
How you doing to apply a treatment not knowing what is rong??
