Google Bad Review (2):  Utterly disgusting service, me and my partner requested proof of address letters couple of weeks ago, we were told they could put our names together in one letter, so we only had to pay for one charge £25, since then I kept going back asking for updates, and was told either not ready, or need my partners authorisation letter to pick it up on her behalf. Finally today I popped in with her authorisation letter, only found out they still issued two separate letter.

I had bad experience on booking appointment in here too, but today I am really pissed with their false promise and efficiency, try to avoid this GP if you want a healthier life!
