Google Bad Review 1: Very rude!
Called up asking for quotes as I was very interested in Sam Driving based on the reviews. Boy was I wrong!
They guy on the phone was just so rude to me. I asked about prices and wanted to learning in a manual. And was spoken over and told that he has no cars, I told him that I wasn't asking for the car I was asking about prices. He then said with attitude. Starts from £27.
If you speak to new customers on the phone like this then you certainly ain't getting my time and money.

Google Bad Review (2): I was very excited to have my first driving lesson, especially after the wonderful reviews here. Unfortunately, I didn't have a great experience. The instructor texted me that he will turn up late, which I was fine with – it can happen. But then he went to a different address. He wasn't far, just on a neighboring street, but the street is actually quite long and it was raining heavily, so I asked him to come to the right address. Apparently, his navigation wasn't showing our address, which is highly unlikely,since our block was built 20 years ago. He kept trying to tell me where he was and if I can see him reversing,etc, but he couldn't even explain his location properly. After a few minutes trying to understand each other's location, I gave up and told him that I'm no longer interested in taking the lesson. Arriving late is one thing,but not being able to use the navigation system or even explaining his location was very disappointing. I'm glad I said no for the lesson in the end, because after how it started, I don't think the instructor would have been able to teach me anything about driving.
