Google Bad Review (2):  If you phone them and preorder, If they say 20 mins your order will be ready don't bother going there to collect your order as when you enter the shop firstly you will be ignored as no one will be at the counter, even though they can see you from the back kitchen and may be lucky to be acknowledged and then you are going to wait at least another 30 – 40 mins even if you pre ordered…second time this has happened even though the first time I gave then benefit on doubt because they said they were busy..

Sorry to say its a massive negative customer experience…avoid
