Google Bad Review 1:  Very bad experience I am waiting since 2 weeks from broker to call me to Discuss about mortgage first of all I have been trying to call them to view a property since they started working from office and no one is interested to call me back . Whenever I am calling them its straight goes to their head office and everytime I am calling them every time they taking my details to registering me so it mean they can not find my details on their system. I am still waiting for their call from the broker, like I called them 10 times its really frustrating no one is calling me back. Just requested to view one property and still waiting. Haart is giving very bad service these days. I just called Chadwell Heath branch and its gone to head office and the answer was let me email them, let me msg them…….very unprofessional people
