Google Bad Review 1: Up until today, I have been very happy with this surgery. However, after the way I was treated today by Mr Kamran, neither I or my family will ever use them again.
The dentures that had been made for me were very painful and didn’t fit properly. When I explained this to Mr Kamran, he became very rude and overtly angry stating I was insulting him and that was the best he could do. I explained that I wasn’t criticising his work; the dentures are made from moulds in a laboratory off-site and perhaps the error occurred there. He continued to become angry and argumentative and I felt very upset and intimidated. He told me to get my money back and go elsewhere. I asked if there was a practice manager I could speak to in order to complain about his behaviour and he told me that he is the practice manager and there is no one above him.
I was very shocked as this attitude and behaviour was very different to his usual personality. Even if he is having a bad day, he should remain professional and treat his patients with respect. I left the surgery very distressed at the way I was treated.

Google Bad Review (2): I have been going to this dentist for many years (Don’t ask me why)
I live about 30 minutes away so always book my family of 4 (2A & 2C) in to see the dentist at the same time.
For the last couple of appointments, I have arrived just before the time booked to be told that I have missed my appointment slot due to being 4 hours late. Why would I book a dentist appointment for my family at midday during the week when my wife is a teacher and the children are at school until 3pm?
My suggestion is: If you are registered as NHS patients they bump your appointments to fit in private patients and tell you that you have missed your appointment.
Insist on taking a name from the receptionist and record your calls as I have done to prove they are the ones who are in the wrong or alternatively choose a different dentist.
