Google Bad Review 1: 1hr 37min waiting to book appointment number for ages to then be cut off. New to this practice and greatly missing my old one.
Also chased for test result or 1month and 2 weeks. Covid should not be an excuse.
One particular nurse is very friendly and helpful which makes it bareable.
Surgery needs to upgrade and allow patients to book appointment through NHS app. Times are changing

Google Bad Review (2): So disappointed with this practice , never managed to get in touch for an appointment, even if I call at 8:00 or earlier with few minutes no change to speak with a receptionist or to set an appointment.
