Google Bad Review 1:  I have been travelling an hour and a half, once a month – for the past 6 months to do my eyelashes, usually done by Jade and they have always been perfect.

However my last visit was terrible. Miya did my lashes this time, I was totally confident because she has many years of experience. Her work however was really sloppy and quick. My appointment was meant to be 1h15 & she finished in 45mins. She didn’t take the time to properly fill the gaps (I had an infill), or remove grown out lashes. She had also glued multiple of my natural lashes together & there were clumps of glue on my lashes! I had also noticed small bits of fluff were stuck to my lashes as well. I have since lost multiple of my natural eyelashes because of how they were done!

When I shared my experience, I was completely shut down and accused of not washing my lashes – which was beyond rude and insulting, also not true. I sent pictures as evidence and again, my complaint wasn’t taken seriously & I was blamed for the state of my lashes even though they were just 4 days old!

I’m so angry because I’ve spent a lot of time and money with these girls – supported them on instagram & to not even receive an apology was disappointing. I will no longer be getting my lashes done here, it’s clear that loyal customers are not respected if they have any sort of complaint.
