If this is the level of customer service when they’re trying to secure your business, I’d hate to think how they look after you once they’ve got your money!!

Google Bad Review (2): It leaves a nasty taste in your mouth when the company (A1 Bathrooms) informs you just before they turn up for an estimate that “for your reference” …projects start at around £8.000 and we could not start work for 6 months. It is so good to know that British industry is doing so well they can throw work out of the window and the sales rep does not need to put any effort into it.
