Google Bad Review 1: Appalling customer service, misleading advice received and a £150.00 bill for a 10minute visit!
I called this company to have our broken-down boiler looked at, I was told £95.00 ph labour per hour. Engineer was here for 10 minutes, didn't even look at the boiler but advised the pipework was in need of replacement/repair, until this was done they couldn't advise if the boiler itself was able to be repaired or not.
Received an invoice with an additional call-out charge of £55.00 (not quoted over the phone).
Customer service since then has been absolutely terrible, i've been accused of lying, the onus is on me to expect a call-out on top of the £95.00 hourly rate, I should learn to read paperwork (received after the visit) etc.
Clarified with engineer who was extremely rude over the phone, that the boiler would be beyond repair even once pipework replaced, he maintained yes. I have had the works done by a reputable firm in the interim and the boiler is now working fine. They just wanted to replace with a cheap boiler for premium price.
In conclusion – the only thing this company is interested in is robbing you blind. Avoid at all costs.

Google Bad Review (2): They are a dodgy company, don't get scammed. I made a booking for a commercial property, they sent out someone who was a domestic engineer, who could not give us a complete assessment but who charged us £118 for the 15mins he was downstairs. We asked for a quote before we proceed further with the job and he said they would be sending one through. Never did. We kept ringing the company to have a quote and to get the job organised but the bookings team are the only ones who have a number, so they give you an email only for customer service who then never get back to you. Each time you call they just say they are looking into it….but then you hear nothing. They come up as City Boiler Repair with positive reviews but are actually another company called All Services 4 U which are not highly rated.
