Google Bad Review 1:  I am absolutely appalled at how such a religious sector would have a shop run by rude/bigoted individuals. I am a regular and devoted citizen of my faith where the cathedral pointed me in the direction of St Paul's shop to buy my niece a gift. After only a month or so, it fell apart/faulty.

I came to this shop not so long ago and was shocked at the level of disrespect it had for such loyal and devoted citizens of the church and cathedral. I was passed from one employee to another all dismissive and extremely rude. Humiliated in front of customers, i stated that i wanted the details of the management and was told point blank “we won't give such information, you'll have to come to back if you want to speak to the manager”. When that would be, i did not know, no other information was given to me at that time and i'm still waiting, as i contacted he online St Paul's site, filled in my details with a detailed explanation as to what happened, but to know avail. This has now been over two weeks now, with no communication or acknowledgement of my email.

It took me over two hours to get to the shop, only to be turned away, disregarding the fact that it was faulty and i had a receipt to prove my purchase.

I would advise anyone thinking of going here, to turn the other way and go somewhere else.
