Google Bad Review 1:  Found this company after researching, on a Sunday, Physios close to where I live. Saw that they were doing a GroupOn offer so I bought two sessions and wrote on their online form my issue and that I'd bought the GroupOn sessions.

They called on Monday, then said they'd call back as they weren't sure how to book me in due to it being through GroupOn. They didn't call back.
I called them the next day to be told I couldn't currently use the GroupOn until after a week or so and they would call me back later to book. They didn't call back.

I called again, ended up buying an online appointment as they said it was the only way to see/speak to a physio.

Had the online appointment, the phsyio seemed very nice but I didn't get a lot out of the session. She said if I called them I could book an in person session. I called them, they said they'd call me back today (Monday). They didn't.

Completely given up with this extremely unprofessional company. I'm getting a refund on the GroupOn and have booked an appointment with another phsyio.

This company was such a waste of time.
