Google Bad Review 1: Awful service. I have been dealing with them for the past 7 weeks and my washing machine still isn't fixed. 1 week before xmas they lost the part and advised me to get a new washing machine 1 WEEK BEFORE XMAS. my washing machine is 2 years old. they managed to get a part and fit it the day before christmas eve and its the wrong part. so had to book another appointment for an engineer to come out for the following wednesday, my partner booked the day off of work, today is the day the engineer is meant to turn up and they cancel the appointment. apparently the next appointment is next wednesday. I have a new born (well i did when this all started) a 5 yr old and my partner that is a landscaper and i need my washing machine fixed.

Google Bad Review (2): Sent an engineer round even though we cancelled the call out more than 12 hours in advance. We cancelled because we had an issue with our fridge that we had already found out could not be fixed. Despite the cancellation, the engineer still arrived and insisted on payment of £75 + VAT for a 5 minute visit that solved nothing. No response from Glotech on cancelling the call out and no response to my request for a refund
