Google Bad Review 1:  If i could give Zero stars I would. I went to this place on Sunday 22/04/18 and enquired if I could bring my Ex sixteen seat mini bus that I am converting into a motorhome on to the non commercial site to dump the seat's that I will no longer be using and some household waste.
I was informed that this wouldn't be a problem.
Today 26/04/18 after I had driven up the access ramp I was refused permission to off load and told to use the commercial side and that they would supply me with a Hi-Vi & Hat.
I returned home to collect my wallet and when I was at the weigh bridge I was told there were no jackets or hats Available. Two trips to the center only to be told that I would have to arrange for my rubbish to be collected by Greenwich council at a lower cost than I was willing to pay on the day.

This is exactly why there is so much fly tipping and I am appalled by your service.

Google Bad Review (2):  I paid £10.30p for a fridge to be removed from my front garden today. It is still here. I phoned the contact centre who told me that it was marked as collected. I can't believe this. I'm now being told that it will be put down to be collected tomorrow. If I owed the council it would be a different story.
