Google Bad Review:  Flat wasn't clean on move – in date. Hairs in the sink, used cotton buds on the floor, and someone's filthy bed sheets still on a bed. Total disregard for tenants as we were told this is rentable condition.

Bedroom 2: broken bed slats with another filthy mattress on top is in rentable condition according to the management at everstar properties.

We were told the flat would be fully painted and someone just came around with a paint brush to touch up some marks. A totally unacceptable rental experience.

We now have to wait a week for beds promised to be delivered on the move – in date of 03/12.

No offer of compensation given for the inconvenience and broken promises. Not even an apology.

We were treated as if we were stupid. No one should have to live in filth
