Customer service terrible
I have eat and drank there before and it was grand and had a lovely girl serving us and gave her a tip. Yesterday however was something i want to forget! Couldn't get a smile out of staff, had to get my own cutlery with salt pepper etc, I wouldn't mind but the place was not busy!

Just replying to the so called owners response. This is exactly what i am talking about, no customer service, you mentioned getting my own stuff but every other take i seen the man serving them brought their cutlery etc so why not to me and my girlfriend? No problem there though so i will apologise for that, I left the full plate there with roast chicken untouched because it was horrible, yes horrible! Replying insinuating i am a keyboard warrior, why bother having the capability of a public review? The clown that wrote back to my first review was just as bad as the the bloke that served me, no a hello or how was your meal? Customer service? Don't make me laugh
