Google Bad Review 1:  (Translated by Google) I used this clinic a few times and I have to say that dentists are OK but a visit to a dermatologist is a waste of time and money but I was even more disappointed with the attempt to do a cosmetic procedure … namely medical acids I called in April to arrange visits asking and if such treatments are performed at this time of the year !!! you assured me that they perform these procedures in such a way, however, on the spot, the cosmetologist said that this time of year she would not do this to me (and I understand perfectly because she cares about the patient's health) but why are the appointing persons incompetent? I wasted 3 hours traveling to the clinic. The cosmetologist said that she would do the surgery in September because this is the best time and yes they said to me I came to the clinic and on the spot it turned out that you have no acids to perform the procedure some circus, and all this list of treatments on the website what are made with acids is a fake lady did not have a single strong acid !!!! Defeat Only a waste of time and disappointment !!!!!

Korzystałam kilka razu z tej kliniki i muszę powiedzieć ze dentyści są Ok ale wizyta u pani dermatolog to strata czasu i pieniędzy ale jeszcze bardziej rozczarowała mnie próba zrobienia zabiegu kosmetycznego … a mianowicie chodzi o kwasy medyczne zadzwoniłam w kwietniu by umówić się na wizyty pytając przy tym czy tego rodzaju zabiegi są wykonywane o tej porze roku !!! pan mnie zapewnił ze tak wykonują te zabiegi , jednak na miejscu pani kosmetolog powiedziała ze o tej porze roku nie zrobi mi tego zabiegu ( i ja doskonale rozumiem bo dba o zdrowie pacjenta ) ale dla czego osoby umawiające wizyty są niekompetentne ? Zmarnowałam 3 godziny na dojazd do kliniki . Pani kosmetolog powiedziała ze zrobi mi zabieg we wrześniu bo to jest najlepsza pora i owszem odezwali się do mnie przybyłam do kliniki a na miejscu okazało się ze pani nie ma kwasów do wykonania zabiegu jakiś cyrk , i wogóle ta cała lista zabiegów na stronie internetowej co są wykonywane z kwasami to ściema pani nie miała ani jednego mocnego kwasu !!!! Porażka Tylko strata czasu i rozczarowanie !!!!!

Google Bad Review (2):  Don't really like to give poor feedback but hopefully they will improve. . £39 spent on consultation, £39 on x ray just to found out they don't do root canal?! Not to mention I was told off like little boy about brush teeth properly. For private clinic with pretty high prices I would expect higher level of customer service. Go elsewhere, there are few clinics around and they do consultation free. On plus, good service at reception desk. Disappointed, and will never go back there.
So I went finally to polish dentist in Greenford and so great experience. Totally pain free treatment, polite service and explaining every step during treatment. Also she will fix tooth, which at MyMedyk I was told is imposible to do, as whole is reaching beneth jaw bone. Im so glad I did not listen they advice as they wanted to remove it.
