Google Bad Review 1: Do not use this agency! Incompetent, unprofessional and use illegal practices. Bad communication between this company and their partners so we had to submit our documents 3 times to different people.They are short staffed and demand everything from you immediately but are very slow to act when something is needed from their side. They knew we had to be out of our current place in one weeks time and still told us the result of the references on the last day. To top it all off they charged us for referencing (£90) when we didn't even get a property with them in the end! It is illegal to charge for this as of the 1st June 2019 and they know this so we are currently taking further action. Stay clear!

Google Bad Review (2): I’ve been living in London for a few years now. Came across many different agencies. Some of them were better, some worse. However now, after what I’ve experienced with Completion I’m sure that, without any doubts, I can call them THE WORST estate agency in London.
They falsely advertise their properties as “private”, the rent is purposely lower on their ads online then on their official website. Getting in touch with them is just a nightmare. It took me four days just to arrange a viewing. What was even more outrageous, when I arrived at the property at the arranged time no one has showed up. I’ve spent over 40 minutes just waiting in front of a closed door. After that they just ignored my messages and never get back to me again. Incompetent, unprofessional, and arrogant people aiming only for their profit. I strongly advice against renting any property from them.
